What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas

Each year, millions of tourists come to Las Vegas to experience world-class entertainment, nonstop excitement and casinos everywhere you turn. Most of these tourists return home unscathed from their desert adventure.

But others may not be so lucky. All you have to do is be in the wrong place at the wrong time to get hurt in an accident or stunt caused by a negligent party with little regard for the safety and well-being of others.

Injuries avoided in dirt bike ride

This time, the rider on a dirt bike on the Strip got extremely lucky that no one got hurt while he popped wheelies, ran red lights and did donuts in the street in the midst of weekend traffic on a Sunday evening. According to police reports, he and two other riders allegedly raced past other drivers near Reno Drive and Bellagio before driving for nearly a mile on the pedestrian sidewalk close to the “Welcome to Las Vegas “ sign.

What happens if you get injured on vacation?

We hope that your trip is fun and enjoyable and nobody gets hurt. Sometimes things don’t work out that way and tourists get injured in accidents.

That’s certainly not how you want your trip to Las Vegas to end, but if you do get hurt in a car or motorcycle on the streets of Las Vegas, you may be able to seek financial compensation from the liable party. You can recover the costs of your medical treatment and future bills, seek compensation for pain and suffering and any other losses and damage arising from your accident with the negligent motorist or motorcycle rider.
